Take it easy and let Urban Rooms become your home away from home. Your room is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, including; furniture, bedding, heater and broadband Internet connection. Your house is fully furnished with a TV and DVD player in the comfortable living area, a fully featured kitchen, and clean bathroom areas. For your convenience all utilities are included in your weekly rent (electricity, gas, broadband internet, local telephone calls, drinking water, cleaning help, gardener, local taxes, and rubbish collection).

• Couples $125 each per week
• Twin share $125 each per week (for 2 friends)
• Singles $175 per week (get your own double bed)

How do I move in?

• Otherwise you need to make a reservation (no deposit required)
• 1-week before your arrival we email you your house and room details
• You select a time for us to meet-up you at the property
• We meet you at your new house and introduce your house mates
• You pay 2-weeks rent plus $50 room prep fee
• You sign in and receive your room & house keys
• Your fresh linen helps you to relax and enjoy your new home
• When you like just give 7-days notice to move on - easy as!
