11. Urban Paradise - 277 Barbadoes St

Urban Paradise is a single storey renovated villa on the corner of Worcester and Barbadoes Streets, next door to Urban Utopia. It has five bedrooms and one sleep out - each bedroom has its own television and broadband Internet connection.

There is a lounge with TV and DVD, two excellent outdoor seating areas with clear plastic roofing, which make for ideal socialising and relaxing no matter what the weather. There is a modern kitchen with two electric stoves, three refrigerators and all other standard cooking equipment. In the kitchen is a small dining area, which leads to the outdoor areas and a separate laundry. There are two renovated bathrooms.

Urban Paradise has no off street parking and is a very short five minute walk to Cathedral Square.
