11. Urban Paradise - 277 Barbadoes St

Urban Paradise is a single storey renovated villa on the corner of Worcester and Barbadoes Streets, next door to Urban Utopia. It has six bedrooms (3 large doubles and 3 singles) and one sleep out. Each bedroom has its own television and a free broadband Internet connection as in this house there is not a communal lounge.

In place of a lounge there are two excellent outdoor seating areas with clear plastic roofing, ideal for socialising and relaxing no matter what the weather. There is a modern kitchen with two electric stoves, three refrigerators and all other standard cooking equipment. In the kitchen is a small dining area, which leads to the outdoor areas and a separate laundry.

Urban Paradise has no off street parking and is a very short five minute walk to Cathedral Square.
