10. Urban Utopia - 281 Barbadoes St

Urban Utopia is a large single storey warm and sunny villa with many large bedrooms, all with WiFi Internet. Previously operated as an old folks' home before being renovated, Urban Utopia has many great features to offer its residents.

Down the core of the house is a wide, light hallway providing easy access to the large communal lounge with comfortable relaxing chairs, Sky satellite TV, DVD player and television. A fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast table, two stoves, two fridges, a freezer and everything else you need. The three clean bathrooms have heaters, outlets for hair driers or electric shavers, heated mirrors and toilets, plus there is an additional toilet.

Off street parking for two cars is provided and Cathedral Square is a five minute walk down Worcester Street, through lovely Latimer Square.
