9. Urban Star - 283 Barbadoes St

Urban Star is a large renovated wooden building containing three independent apartments, with off-street parking for up to five cars and the city centre just around the corner Urban Star is perfect for couples and groups of friends wanting their own space in the city centre. All of the apartments come with WiFi broadband Internet, rubbish collection and gardening. Apartments 1 and 3 have power provided by a power card which the resident can top up in the central city. A shared line telephone is provided, which is free for local calls and your calling card.

Unit 1 has two large bedrooms with TVs, a hall with breakfast table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower over bath and a washing machine.

Unit 2 has a large furnished lounge (which could also be used as a central city office or a shared dormitory for friends), a good sized double bedroom with French doors opening onto a private patio, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower over bath.

Unit 3 has a combined living & dining room with sofa, DVD, TV, and dining table; 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen; and a bathroom with washing machine.
