5. Urban Sunshine - 264 Gloucester St

Urban Sunshine is a cute butter yellow coloured cottage that is located at the corner of Gloucester and Barbadoes Streets, just three blocks from Cathedral Square.

Urban Sunshine has four bedrooms plus a sleep-out, all wired with high speed broadband internet. This lovely home has an open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living area that is an excellent place to relax with your new housemates. The living area has comfortable seating, a DVD player and a television. There is one bathroom with a spa bath / shower and a separate toilet.

At the front of Urban Sunshine is a veranda - great for soaking up the afternoon sun and saying hello to people walking on Gloucester Street. At the rear of the house there is also a veranda opening off the west of the living room with outdoor furniture and a barbeque.

Urban Sunshine has a large lawn and garden shared with your friendly neighbours Urban Haven and Urban Eden, with a picnic table for chilling out with your new friends.

A short five minute walk takes you to Cathedral Square and there are a number of small shops located even closer. There is off street parking for one car, with additional parking on the street.
