4. Urban Haven - 266 Gloucester St

Urban Haven is a cute little cottage with four bedrooms and a kiwi caravan sleep-out. Located on Gloucester Street in the heart of Christchurch it is a short walk to the central Cathedral Square and close to local shops and ammenities. All bedrooms and the caravan have double beds and broadband Internet.

Urban Haven is ideal for those people who choose to live with just a few other flatmates as it is one of the smaller Urban Rooms homes. The cosy cottage has been renovated yet retains its original character and charm, with lots of trees and a sunny traditional front veranda.

The kitchen, dining and living area (with television and DVD player) lead to the rear veranda where you can sit and enjoy the large sunny lawn and garden shared with the neighbouring Urban Sunshine and Urban Haven. Attached to the veranda is a funky caravan with double bed, desk, and mini-kitchen.

Urban Haven has off street parking for two cars, plus additional parking on the street. Two minutes walk up the road takes you to a small convenience store and just five minutes easy walk takes you to Cathedral Square.
