3. Urban Butterfly - 270 Gloucester St

Urban Butterfly is a cute little cottage with four bedrooms and a fabulous large back garden. Located on Gloucester Street in the heart of Christchurch it is a short walk to the central Cathedral Square and close to local shops and ammenities. All bedrooms have double beds and wireless broadband Internet.

Urban Butterfly is ideal for those people who choose to live with just a few other housemates as it is one of the smaller Urban Rooms homes. The cosy cottage has been renovated yet retains its original character and charm, with lots of trees in the large sunny garden.

The kitchen area connects to a very small living space and also to a rear veranda where you can sit and enjoy the large sunny lawn and garden shared with the neighbouring Urban Bliss.

Urban Butterfly has off street parking for three cars, plus additional parking on the street. Two minutes walk up the road takes you to a small convenience store and just five minutes easy walk takes you to Cathedral Square.
